July 07: God puts adoption on my heart August 07: Attend Int'l Adoption seminar at Los Ninos. DH is not on board. March 08: Dh says something that makes me believe he is now on board, so I fill out pre-app for Lifetime Adoption. Heated argument ensues. I email the agency to let them know we've decided to "wait." October 08: Unofficially decide to use Gladney if we adopt (infant or international) November 08: Dh and I attend foster/adoption meeting at our church and decide to go through the training. December 08: Sign up for Arrow training series in January. December 28, 08: Dh announces he is completely and totally on board with adoption and wants to get the ball rolling NOW! January 09: We find out we are pregnant! September 13, 09 Our beautiful baby girl Sophie is born in our home at 1:52am
